Appointment Setter

Remote — Global Full-time · Remote Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times Assigned shift within 8am–8pm US Central Time

$15 – $24 / hr

About the role

You turn interest into calendar time. Friendly, fast and organised — you make sure no serious buyer ever slips through the cracks.

What you'll do

  • Make 80–120 outbound dials or messages per shift
  • Confirm buyer interest, budget range and preferred delivery region
  • Book qualified appointments directly into representatives' calendars
  • Send confirmation and reminder messages to reduce no-shows
  • Reschedule missed appointments the same day
  • Track set-to-show conversion and report it weekly
  • Work an assigned pipeline of leads daily and progress each one to the next stage
  • Qualify prospects against budget, timeline, location and financing readiness
  • Book and confirm appointments for senior sales representatives
  • Send tailored follow-up materials, pricing sheets and delivery information
  • Keep CRM records, deal stages and next actions accurate at all times
  • Hit weekly activity and conversion targets and report on them in team stand-ups

Required qualifications

  • Clear phone manner and resilience with high call volume
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • Previous appointment setting or telesales experience
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Training provided

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
