Compliance & Records Coordinator

Remote — USA, Canada, UK Full-time · Remote Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times Regional business hours

About the role

Keep a cross-border housing business audit-ready at all times.

What you'll do

  • Monitor regulatory requirements in each delivery market
  • Maintain compliance registers and renewal calendars
  • Prepare documentation for audits and inspections
  • Investigate and record compliance incidents
  • Support data-protection and retention policy adherence
  • Train staff on compliance obligations
  • Prepare, format and file documents, contracts and internal records accurately
  • Maintain digital filing systems so records can be retrieved quickly and securely
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings and deadlines across multiple stakeholders
  • Verify data for completeness and correct discrepancies before records are finalised
  • Produce weekly status reports for managers and flag anything at risk
  • Handle confidential information in line with company privacy policies

Required qualifications

  • Compliance or regulatory administration experience
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of import/export or building regulations
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
