Content Writer

About the role
Turn floor plans and delivery logistics into stories families actually want to read.
What you'll do
- Write 4–6 long-form articles or landing pages per week
- Craft listing descriptions that are honest, warm and specific
- Optimise every piece for target search terms
- Interview customers and staff for case studies
- Edit and proofread work from other contributors
- Maintain the content style guide
- Plan and produce on-brand content aligned to the monthly marketing calendar
- Review campaign performance data and recommend practical improvements
- Coordinate assets, copy and approvals with designers and external partners
- Maintain consistent brand voice across every channel and asset
- Research competitors, keywords and audience trends in target markets
- Report weekly on reach, engagement, leads and cost per acquisition
Required qualifications
- Published writing portfolio
- Excellent English grammar
- Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards
Nice to have
- Real estate or construction subject knowledge
- Experience working with international customers
- Previous experience in a fast-growing company
