CRM & Database Administrator

Remote — Global Full-time · Remote Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times 4 hours overlap with US Central Time

$58k – $90k / yr

About the role

Own the system of record that every other team depends on.

What you'll do

  • Administer CRM users, roles, permissions and audit trails
  • Build and maintain automations, pipelines and reports
  • Run regular data hygiene, dedupe and enrichment jobs
  • Manage integrations with marketing, telephony and finance tools
  • Document configuration changes and train users
  • Monitor data security and access compliance
  • Track live projects against milestones and raise blockers early
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance and site teams to keep work moving
  • Maintain trackers, checklists and dashboards so status is visible to everyone
  • Prepare handover documentation at each stage of the workflow
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements
  • Ensure compliance requirements and internal SLAs are met on every file

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years administering a CRM platform
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • SQL and reporting tool experience
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
