Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role
Own paid and organic acquisition for a business selling homes in more than 20 countries.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google and Meta
- Manage budget pacing and cost-per-lead targets weekly
- Run SEO improvements on landing pages and listings
- Build and monitor conversion tracking end to end
- Test creative, audiences and landing pages continuously
- Report acquisition performance against revenue
- Plan and produce on-brand content aligned to the monthly marketing calendar
- Review campaign performance data and recommend practical improvements
- Coordinate assets, copy and approvals with designers and external partners
- Maintain consistent brand voice across every channel and asset
- Research competitors, keywords and audience trends in target markets
- Report weekly on reach, engagement, leads and cost per acquisition
Required qualifications
- 3+ years running performance marketing campaigns
- Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards
Nice to have
- Google Ads and GA4 certifications
- Experience working with international customers
- Previous experience in a fast-growing company
