Executive Assistant
Hybrid — 3 days on-site, Dallas, Texas, USA Full-time · Hybrid Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times
$55k – $85k / yr
About the role
Protect the leadership team's time and make sure nothing important is ever dropped.
What you'll do
- Own complex, multi-time-zone calendars
- Prepare briefing notes and board materials
- Book international travel and manage itineraries
- Screen correspondence and handle sensitive matters discreetly
- Track executive action items to completion
- Coordinate leadership meetings and offsites
- Prepare, format and file documents, contracts and internal records accurately
- Maintain digital filing systems so records can be retrieved quickly and securely
- Coordinate calendars, meetings and deadlines across multiple stakeholders
- Verify data for completeness and correct discrepancies before records are finalised
- Produce weekly status reports for managers and flag anything at risk
- Handle confidential information in line with company privacy policies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years supporting senior executives
- Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards
Nice to have
- Experience in a multi-country business
- Experience working with international customers
- Previous experience in a fast-growing company
