Facilities Support Technician (On-site Maintenance & Repairs)
On-site — Company yard & managed sites, Houston, Texas, USA Full-time · On-site Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm with optional paid overtime and occasional weekend call-outs
$28 – $48 / hr
About the role
Keep our yards, display homes and managed facilities safe, clean and fully operational.
What you'll do
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the site
- Respond to reactive repair requests within agreed response times
- Maintain HVAC, lighting, water and access systems
- Prepare display homes and units for customer viewings
- Manage waste, storage and site tidiness to safety standards
- Support contractors on site and verify their work
- Keep maintenance logs and asset records up to date
- Travel to assigned properties and complete scheduled work orders safely and on time
- Diagnose faults on site and carry out repairs to a professional standard
- Document all work with written notes and before/after photographs
- Follow all health, safety and site-access procedures without exception
- Maintain tools, van stock and materials, reporting shortages promptly
- Coordinate daily with the office team on scheduling, parts and customer access
Required qualifications
- Facilities or general maintenance experience
- Comfortable with physical work and ladders
- Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards
Nice to have
- HVAC or electrical ticket
- Experience working with international customers
- Previous experience in a fast-growing company
