Human Resources Assistant

Hybrid — 2 days on-site, Dallas, Texas, USA Full-time · Hybrid Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times

$42k – $60k / yr

About the role

Support the people side of a fast-growing, multi-country workforce.

What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate employee files and contract records
  • Process onboarding and offboarding checklists
  • Answer day-to-day policy and benefits questions
  • Track probation reviews, training and certifications
  • Assist with payroll data collection and validation
  • Help prepare compliance and audit documentation
  • Manage candidate and employee records with strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate interviews, availability and communication between all parties
  • Keep applicant tracking data current and accurate at every stage
  • Prepare onboarding packs and support new starters through their first weeks
  • Answer routine people-related queries and escalate sensitive matters appropriately
  • Support compliance with employment documentation and right-to-work checks

Required qualifications

  • HR administration experience or relevant qualification
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • Exposure to multi-country employment documentation
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Training provided

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
