Marketing Coordinator
Remote — USA, Canada, UK Full-time · Remote Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times Overlap with US Central Time mornings
$45k – $65k / yr
About the role
Keep our campaigns organised, on-brand and on schedule across every market we deliver to.
What you'll do
- Own the marketing calendar and keep every launch on track
- Brief designers and writers, then review work against the brief
- Coordinate regional campaigns for USA, Canada and international buyers
- Maintain the asset library and brand guidelines
- Compile monthly performance decks for leadership
- Manage relationships with print and media suppliers
- Plan and produce on-brand content aligned to the monthly marketing calendar
- Review campaign performance data and recommend practical improvements
- Coordinate assets, copy and approvals with designers and external partners
- Maintain consistent brand voice across every channel and asset
- Research competitors, keywords and audience trends in target markets
- Report weekly on reach, engagement, leads and cost per acquisition
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a marketing coordination role
- Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards
Nice to have
- Experience marketing physical products or property
- Experience working with international customers
- Previous experience in a fast-growing company
