Operations Coordinator

Hybrid — 3 days on-site, Houston, Texas, USA Full-time · Hybrid Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times

$45k – $68k / yr

About the role

Make sure every moving part of the delivery machine lines up on the day it matters.

What you'll do

  • Schedule crews, transport and crane bookings
  • Track inventory and unit readiness daily
  • Resolve day-of issues with suppliers and drivers
  • Maintain operational SOP documentation
  • Report on on-time delivery performance
  • Support cost control and supplier invoicing checks
  • Track live projects against milestones and raise blockers early
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance and site teams to keep work moving
  • Maintain trackers, checklists and dashboards so status is visible to everyone
  • Prepare handover documentation at each stage of the workflow
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements
  • Ensure compliance requirements and internal SLAs are met on every file

Required qualifications

  • Operations or logistics coordination experience
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • Freight or heavy-haul scheduling exposure
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
