Project Coordinator
Hybrid — 2 days on-site, Dallas, Texas, USA Full-time · Hybrid Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times
$50k – $75k / yr
About the role
Keep builds, shipments and installations synchronised across suppliers and continents.
What you'll do
- Maintain project plans and milestone trackers for active builds
- Coordinate factory, freight and installation schedules
- Run weekly project stand-ups and publish status notes
- Manage change requests and update budgets accordingly
- Escalate delays with a proposed recovery plan
- Visit sites occasionally to verify progress
- Track live projects against milestones and raise blockers early
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance and site teams to keep work moving
- Maintain trackers, checklists and dashboards so status is visible to everyone
- Prepare handover documentation at each stage of the workflow
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements
- Ensure compliance requirements and internal SLAs are met on every file
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in project coordination
- Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards
Nice to have
- Construction or logistics project experience
- Experience working with international customers
- Previous experience in a fast-growing company
