Property Listing Coordinator

Hybrid — 3 days remote / 2 days on-site, Dallas, Texas, USA Full-time · Hybrid Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times

$42k – $62k / yr

About the role

Own the accuracy and appeal of every home we publish. A great listing sells a home twice as fast — that is your remit.

What you'll do

  • Create and publish new listings across the website and partner portals
  • Verify dimensions, pricing, delivery regions and availability before publishing
  • Coordinate photo, video and floor-plan assets for each unit
  • Retire sold units and keep inventory counts accurate daily
  • Audit live listings weekly for outdated pricing or imagery
  • Work with marketing to feature high-priority inventory
  • Track live projects against milestones and raise blockers early
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance and site teams to keep work moving
  • Maintain trackers, checklists and dashboards so status is visible to everyone
  • Prepare handover documentation at each stage of the workflow
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements
  • Ensure compliance requirements and internal SLAs are met on every file

Required qualifications

  • Experience managing product or property listings
  • Strong eye for detail and copy accuracy
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MLS or property portal systems
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
