Property Management Coordinator

Hybrid — 2 days on-site, Houston, Texas, USA Full-time · Hybrid Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times

$44k – $66k / yr

About the role

Keep managed properties safe, tenanted and well maintained.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate maintenance requests from report to sign-off
  • Schedule inspections and follow up on remedial work
  • Manage tenant communications and renewal paperwork
  • Track rent, arrears and supplier invoices
  • Maintain compliance certificates for every property
  • Visit properties for periodic condition checks
  • Track live projects against milestones and raise blockers early
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance and site teams to keep work moving
  • Maintain trackers, checklists and dashboards so status is visible to everyone
  • Prepare handover documentation at each stage of the workflow
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements
  • Ensure compliance requirements and internal SLAs are met on every file

Required qualifications

  • Property management or lettings experience
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of landlord compliance requirements
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
