Quality Assurance Specialist

On-site — Manufacturing partner facility, Dallas, Texas, USA Full-time · On-site Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times

$25 – $40 / hr

About the role

Nothing leaves the yard unless it is right. You are the last line of defence for the family receiving it.

What you'll do

  • Inspect units against specification and finish standards
  • Complete detailed QA checklists with photographic evidence
  • Log defects and verify rework before release
  • Audit supplier components on arrival
  • Track defect trends and report root causes
  • Support continuous improvement projects on the line
  • Track live projects against milestones and raise blockers early
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance and site teams to keep work moving
  • Maintain trackers, checklists and dashboards so status is visible to everyone
  • Prepare handover documentation at each stage of the workflow
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements
  • Ensure compliance requirements and internal SLAs are met on every file

Required qualifications

  • QA or inspection experience in manufacturing or construction
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • Formal quality certification
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Training provided

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
