Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
Field-based — Texas, Oklahoma & Louisiana, USA Full-time · Field-based Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times
$55k – $110k / yr
About the role
Source the land and pre-owned inventory that lets us keep homes genuinely affordable.
What you'll do
- Identify land parcels and pre-owned units for acquisition
- Inspect sites and assess access, utilities and placement feasibility
- Build offers supported by comparable market data
- Negotiate directly with owners, brokers and auction houses
- Manage due diligence, title and survey coordination
- Travel to 8–15 sites per month across the assigned territory
- Work an assigned pipeline of leads daily and progress each one to the next stage
- Qualify prospects against budget, timeline, location and financing readiness
- Book and confirm appointments for senior sales representatives
- Send tailored follow-up materials, pricing sheets and delivery information
- Keep CRM records, deal stages and next actions accurate at all times
- Hit weekly activity and conversion targets and report on them in team stand-ups
Required qualifications
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- 2+ years in acquisitions, appraisal or brokerage
- Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
