Remote Customer Service Representative
$18 – $27 / hr
About the role
You are the first voice a family hears when they are deciding on the biggest purchase of their life. This role answers questions about homes, delivery timelines, financing and after-sales care with patience and clarity.
What you'll do
- Handle 40–70 customer conversations per day across phone, email and chat
- Explain home specifications, delivery windows and down-payment options in plain language
- Process order updates, address changes and documentation requests
- Coordinate with the delivery desk on shipping questions and ETAs
- Send written summaries after every call so customers have everything in writing
- Collect and record customer feedback after each completed delivery
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat within agreed response times
- Log every customer interaction accurately in the CRM with clear, searchable notes
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the correct specialist and track them to resolution
- Follow up on open tickets daily so no customer is left without an update
- Contribute to and maintain internal help articles and canned responses
- Report recurring customer issues and product gaps to the operations team
Required qualifications
- 1+ year in customer service, call centre or hospitality
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate, construction or logistics
- Second language (Spanish, French or Portuguese)
- Experience working with international customers
- Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Training provided
Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
