Remote Sales Representative

Remote — USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand Full-time · Remote Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible start times Must cover 9am–5pm in one assigned regional time zone

$45k – $95k / yr

About the role

Guide buyers from first enquiry to signed order. You will present homes, structure affordable payment paths and close deals with honesty — our reputation is built on transparent selling, never pressure.

What you'll do

  • Run 6–10 discovery and presentation calls per day with qualified buyers
  • Build tailored home + delivery + financing proposals for each buyer
  • Negotiate pricing within approved ranges and secure deposits
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and close against a monthly quota
  • Re-engage dormant leads with new inventory and price updates
  • Hand over closed deals cleanly to the transaction coordinator
  • Work an assigned pipeline of leads daily and progress each one to the next stage
  • Qualify prospects against budget, timeline, location and financing readiness
  • Book and confirm appointments for senior sales representatives
  • Send tailored follow-up materials, pricing sheets and delivery information
  • Keep CRM records, deal stages and next actions accurate at all times
  • Hit weekly activity and conversion targets and report on them in team stand-ups

Required qualifications

  • 2+ years in a closing or quota-carrying sales role
  • Comfortable with video calls and screen sharing
  • Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

Nice to have

  • Real estate, modular housing or big-ticket finance sales experience
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing company

Training provided

Two-week paid onboarding covering our products, delivery process, systems and customer standards, followed by ongoing coaching and monthly skills sessions.
