• Plan and publish 15–25 posts per week across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Film and edit short-form video from delivery and installation footage
• Reply to comments and DMs and route buying enquiries to sales
• Grow follower and engagement metrics against monthly targets
• Partner with creators and satisfied customers for testimonials
• Report on reach, saves, shares and leads generated
• Plan and produce on-brand content aligned to the monthly marketing calendar
• Review campaign performance data and recommend practical improvements
• Coordinate assets, copy and approvals with designers and external partners
• Maintain consistent brand voice across every channel and asset
• Research competitors, keywords and audience trends in target markets
• Report weekly on reach, engagement, leads and cost per acquisition

• 2+ years managing brand social accounts
• Legally authorised to work in the country or region you are applying from
• Professional, dependable and comfortable working to clear standards

• Short-form video editing skills
• Experience working with international customers
• Previous experience in a fast-growing company
